Everything you need to know.
01
What is Coaching?
The ICF define coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.

Working together, the coach helps the individual build self-awareness, develop goals and put a plan in place to create long-lasting and sustainable change.

Fundamentally, coaching helps you work out who you are, what you really want and how you can go about getting there.
02
Who is Coaching for?
Quite simply, coaching is for everyone.

It can be applied to any area of your life, personally, professionally, in your relationships, decision making, emotionally.

Coaching works on your mindset and looks at how you can remove the barriers that are preventing you from moving forward. It helps you to gain clarity, direction, and to be able to progress with anything you desire.
03
How does it work?
A key belief that underpins coaching is that we already have the answers we need within us. A coach will support you to find these answers and to get you where you need to be in the best way for you. It's completely all about you.

Through offering a safe and non-judgemental space to hold powerful conversations, a coach will use and share a range of proven models, tools and techniques to support their client towards their desired goal.

This can be face to face or online or in a group setting, depending on the approach you need.

04
How do I find the right coach for me?
It's really important to find a coach that is right for you. You absolutely must feel comfortable and safe with your coach and that's why so many coaches offer a consulation or connection call before agreeing to work together.
